Disassembly and reassembly of a unique machine in the food industry
We carried out the complete relocation of a unique production machine for a customer in the food industry. The reason for this was the renovation of the production hall. During this time, the system had to be professionally stored and then reassembled exactly at its original location. It was important that the machine remained fully functional.
The machine is technically unique. Therefore, disassembly, storage, and reassembly had to be planned and implemented with particular care. In addition to technical expertise, a great deal of flexibility and experience were required.
After thorough planning, we completely dismantled the machine and transported it to an alternative hall on the factory premises. There it was stored for several weeks under optimal conditions. Once the refurbishment work was complete, we organized the return transport and precise reassembly—including all necessary adjustments, tests, and commissioning.
This project demonstrates how complex machine relocations in sensitive production areas can be successfully implemented. Thanks to careful planning and structured processes, the machine was able to be put back into operation on schedule and reliably – to the complete satisfaction of our customer.
