Over a period of more than two years, we took over Europe-wide service for the end customer systems of a renowned manufacturer of woodworking machines. The aim of the project was to ensure reliable and comprehensive service processing – both technically and organizationally.

The focus of the assignments was on regular maintenance work and the targeted replacement of defective sliding doors on various machine systems. This work was carried out in Germany, Sweden, Belgium, and Denmark, among other places. Our service technicians were deployed throughout Europe and, thanks to their expertise and efficiency, ensured that downtime for end customers was kept to a minimum.

In addition to the technical implementation, we also took care of the entire organization of the service calls. This included coordinating appointments with end customers, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining ongoing communication with the client. Thanks to our structured planning and flexible operational readiness, we were able to reliably meet even short-term service requests.

The project placed high demands on logistics, communication, and quality assurance—especially with regard to the variety of locations and direct contact with end customers. Thanks to our many years of experience in technical field service and our proven processes, we were able to guarantee a consistently high standard of service.
