Hello Sven Krikava, what does your daily work with us look like?

Sven Krikava My daily routine starts with structuring the day and setting priorities. I maintain customer contact, which includes client visits and meetings, as well as internal company discussions. I also focus on KPIs and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Those are already a few of the tasks. Which challenges keep you engaged beyond a normal working day?

Strategic planning, such as improving customer development, as well as reporting and analysis, are aspects I focus on beyond my daily tasks. Additionally, networking, building partnerships, and participating in training and coaching are also part of my role.

How do you recharge your own batteries to overcome all these challenges? How do you start the day?

I start the day deliberately. First, I make myself a cup of tea for the drive to the office. On the way, I plan the day’s tasks and consider the best way to accomplish them. At our daily briefing at 9 a.m., each team member briefly reviews the day’s agenda. I draw my energy from my friends, my family and, of course, my great colleagues.

What is the biggest challenge you have overcome? What strategies did you use to get there?

When you truly invest yourself at TecLog and make the most of each day, you learn so much—not just professionally, but also for your personal life.

Finally, do you have a personal tip for us to stay motivated?

A good work-life balance is the key to my motivation.
