TecLogTalks: Annual Training and Gathering of our Electricians

Operating with the latest knowledge and under the highest safety standards is a core part of our daily work. To ensure this, regular training sessions are a key component of our company culture, providing opportunities for valuable exchange. The annual safety training for our electricians was a chance to refresh their skills and learn from each other.

Focusing on Current Safety Requirements and Standards

The training, titled “Instruction/Re-training for Technically Instructed Persons,” centered on key safety requirements and relevant standard updates. Topics included DGUV-V3/Electrical Safety, VDE standard changes, and practical subjects like protection against electrical shock, as well as the contents of VDE 0105 and testing procedures according to VDE 0100-600. Another important topic was the norm VDE 0701/0702 from 2021, which covers testing of portable electrical equipment.

Networking Dinner: Professional Exchange and Team Building

The evening before, attendees gathered for dinner, which provided a relaxed environment for professional exchange and networking. In a friendly atmosphere, current topics were discussed, experiences were shared and team spirit was strengthened. Once again, it was clear that regular training is not only essential to keep up with the latest standards, but also to maintain high quality, integrated and practical work. Only by working together can we be proactive, anticipate challenges and remain agile.
