Hello Verena Blachian, what does your daily work with us look like?

My daily work at TecLog GmbH is very diverse. In addition to preparing the weekly and monthly key figures, I also manage tasks related to insurance and data protection.

Those are already a few of the tasks. What do you do in your job over and above a normal working day?

Besides my regular duties, I enjoy taking advantage of opportunities to contribute to other departments and collaborate on projects.

How do you recharge your own batteries to overcome all these challenges? How do you start the day? 

For me, the team is key. The strong sense of unity and the knowledge that support is available when needed gives me the energy to overcome challenges—especially on days when even the morning coffee isn’t enough. 😉

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve overcome? What strategies did you use to get there?

There isn’t just one challenge that stands out to me. Instead, I see challenges as an ongoing process that helps me grow. By continually facing challenges and developing solutions, I evolve and improve, and I’m proud of that.
